1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
3. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Blue Dart depending on your pin code and order size.
5. Packaging
All products are packed in airtight, food-grade packaging to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. Fragile or bulk orders are double-packed for extra protection.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000 for select pin codes. A COD handling fee of ₹29 applies.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases: - Prepaid orders: Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. - COD orders: No refund applicable for failed COD deliveries.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please: 1. Take a photo/video at the time of delivery. 2. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@mevasagar.com or WhatsApp 7417333433. 3. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged, broken, or leaking
- You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
- The product is expired or near expiry (less than 30 days remaining)
- The product quality does not match our stated standards
Non-returnable items: - Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed - Products returned without original packaging - Perishable items beyond 7 days of delivery - Orders placed during sale/discount events (exchange only)
